CLASSES 課程
- Morning Tai Chi Qi Gong, meditation, and walking meditation on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Time: 10 am to 11.30am. 30 minutes Qi Gong, 30 minutes meditation, and 30 minutes walking meditation in the nature.
- Fees: Donation is appreciated.
- Everyone is welcome.
- Evening meditation practice on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
- Time: 7pm to 8 pm.

MEDITATION AND DHARMA TALK IN ENGLISH. (CHINESE TRANSLATION IS PROVIDED)
Half Day Meditation session conducted by our Venerable Hui Chyuan Sifu.
The session will be starting at 10am sharp, finishing at 12.30pm.
