Welcome back to Bodhi Chan for 2025!
At Bodhi Chan Meditation Centre, we offer a variety of meditation classes, Dharma teachings, and wellness practices designed to support your spiritual growth and well-being. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, we warmly invite you to join our community and deepen your practice.
This year, we are excited to introduce a new series on the Diamond Sutra, taught by Ven. Hui Chyuan. This series will be taught in person but also live-streamed for those that can’t make it to the centre.
Our weekly schedule includes:
Saturday Meditation Class – A guided practice in English with Dharma talk, open to all levels.
Regular Morning and Night Meditation Classes – Morning, evening, and weekend sessions to nurture mindfulness and stillness.
Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Earth – A unique blend of Qigong, meditation, and walking meditation
to promote holistic well-being.
Chinese Dharma Class - Exploring the Buddha's teachings in the Chinese language.
We warmly invite you to join any of our sessions, whether in person or online. No prior experience is required—just an open heart and a
willingness to explore the path of meditation and self-discovery.
